Climbing Wall Hire
Hire a fully staffed mobile climbing wall for corporate events, team building days, fun days, and company parties. Four climbing walls in our fleet, trained crew included, delivered nationwide from our warehouse in Rotherham.
DB Entertainment's mobile climbing wall stands 26ft tall with four colour-coded climbing faces, each set to a different difficulty level. An auto belay system lowers climbers safely and automatically. Four people climb at once, giving you a throughput of around 60 climbers per hour. Trained staff come with every hire. They handle setup, safety briefings, harness fitting, and supervision throughout your event. You don't lift a finger.
Hire starts from £699 per day, fully staffed. That's a trained crew, all safety equipment, £5M public liability insurance, and delivery included. For a team of 60, that works out at less than £12 per head, and everyone gets a turn in the first hour.
Fully Staffed Climbing Wall Hire
Every climbing wall hire from DB Entertainment comes with trained supervising staff as standard. Our crew arrive with the wall, handle the 30-minute setup, and run the activity from start to finish. Each climber gets a safety briefing and is fitted with a harness and helmet before they start. When the event ends, our team breaks down the equipment and takes everything away.
This is one of the main reasons corporate event organisers book with us. If you're coordinating catering, AV, transport, and a hundred other details, you don't want to also worry about operating a climbing wall. Our crew take it completely off your plate.
Our Climbing Walls
We carry four climbing walls in-house. Most hire companies don't own a single climbing wall. We own all four, no subcontractors, and all are available for hire nationwide.

Is the climbing wall staffed?
Yes, always. Trained crew are included in every hire. They handle setup, safety briefings, harness fitting, supervision, and breakdown. You don't need to assign any of your own staff.

We send all paperwork to your venue before the event, including risk assessments, method statements, insurance certificates, and safety certificates. See the compliance section above for the full list, or Get in touch if your procurement team needs documents at the quoting stage.
What space do I need for a climbing wall?
You need an outdoor area or indoor venue with at least 7m of ceiling height. The access route to the setup area needs to be at least 2.8m (9ft) wide and 2.8m high for the trailer. The wall works on grass, tarmac, or any firm level surface. No mains power is needed.

What happens in bad weather?
The climbing wall operates in light rain. In high winds, our crew can lower the wall as a safety precaution. If conditions mean we need to stand down entirely, we'll discuss alternatives with you on the day. For guaranteed weather protection, the wall can be set up indoors at venues with 7m+ ceiling height.
